In 2010, Kyle Lancaster indicated hours of use and lighting orientation have remained the same over the last several years and ring road around some ball fields establish a buffer strip and have been in place several years too. (Note: Ring road established along perimeter of east ball fields after 4/05; west fields separated from riparian by concrete drainage swale; swale in place since at least 4/05.) Resolution 3060: No conditions of concern. Resolution 5438: No conditions of concern. Conditions 5 and 6 re SWMP and installation of storm water BMPs effectively satisfied.
