We herewith request permission to relocate our existing 5' x 36' fin sign as Shawn on the submitted plans.
The State of California is acquiring a portion of our lease premises
for the widening of the freewqr (1-5). Our sign presently is located
on that portion being acquired by the State Highway Department.
We, in the service station industry, require proper and adequate
identification to enjoy full right of the use of ow property.
the subject sign being visible from the freeway, we will be denledthis right. Our business depends entirely on motor vehicle traffic. It
is imperative that we identify to that motoring public.
