NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City
of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council
Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California at 7:30 P. M. on
Tuesday, September 24, 1968, to consider an application submitted
by STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, to permit relocation of an
existing 5' x 36' fin sign located at 1044 Elm Avenue, between
Interstate 5 Freeway and Harding Street; said property being:
Portion of Tract 117 of Carlsbad Acre Tract, Map 775
in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California; being Parcels 19 and 17, Book 203, Page 320
of the Assessor's Map of San Diego County; more partic-
ularly described in application on file in the office of
the P1 anni ng Department.
