Noting that CUP #42-D (P.C. Resolution H749) approved a Conditional
Use Permit for the Carlsbad Raceway for a period of ten years, or
until April 25, 1982, I inquired at the Planning Department as to the
current status, as an annual review is required thereafter.
I was informsd that Mr. Jim Iiagaman had written a memo to the Mayor
interpreting this to mean that the first annual. review would be due
April 25, 1983. Pianning staff was unable to locate this memo, but
promised they would do so and forward a copy to the City Clerk.
