. On behalf of several neighbors in'our area, I have been. asked to write to YGU. Especially within the past year, the &residents of the Meadowlark cornunity of San Marcos are being
adversely affected by the increasing noise from Carlsbad Raceway.
it is often not possible.for residents to speak in normal con-
versational voices during the races. Although with cooler weather windows an.d doors have been closed,. the noisc from the raceway has 'continued to compcte with televisions and radios inside.
