The following information must be provided before pol ice department clearance can be issued for this event.

Number and location of beer vending stands on the premises.
Number of private security personnel to be hired for the event and their respons i bi 1 it i e s .
Assurance that spectators will not be allowed to bring their own alcoholic beverages onto the premises from outside; e.g., in coolers, paper sacks, etc.
Assurance that private security will provide enough personnel at each entry gate to ensure no alcoholic beverages are brought in by spectators.
