NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held
in the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, on Tuesday,
January 11, 1972, at 7:30 P.M., to consider an application
submitted by Carlsbad Raceway Corporation, in accordance with
Ordinance No. 9060 and Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code,
to allow an extension of an existing Conditional Use Permit
for a period of ten(l0) years, on property located approximate6yJ
two miles east of Palomar Airport and north of Palomar Airport
Road, more particularly described as the S 1/2 of NW 1/4 and
SW 1/4 of NE 1/4 all in Section 18 T. 12 S. R. 3 W., S.B.B.M.,
being Assessor's Parcels 2, 3 and 22 of Book 221, Page 010
of the Assessor's Map of San Diego County; more particularly
described in application on file in the City Planning Office
