To the best of my recollection, we have had very few complaints
regarding noise, traffic congestion, etc., at Carlsbad Raceway.
The problems we have experienced have really been the lack of co-
ordination between the promoters of the Raceway events and the
Police Department. However, since our discussions with Mr. GRISMER
most of these problems have been ironed out. They consisted mostly
of traffic flow patterns and parking restrictions, rather than ac-
tual complaints of noise, etc.
