Development in the area has been stopped from the time of the initial granting and I believe that the drag strip has been responsible for this factor. The drag strip operation is located in the center of poten- tial residential property and I feel that it should be re- located to an area of manufacturing wherein the noise and traffic factors are not a problem. I think the City Council should weigh all of the factors be- fore granting an extension of time for this operation and especially before granting a ten-year extension period. Very truly yours,
