The Departmental Coordinating Committee (DCC) has reviewed your request as outlined in your letter dated May 13, 1976. In the
operation of the skatepark after dark. \ letter, you requested approval for installation of lights and
You may consfder this letter official approval of your requests. I will make a note of the approval in your Conditional Use Permit file.
I also received your letter, dated May 28, 1976, stipulating re- 'quested hours of operation. The hours of 9:00 a.m. to 11:OO p.m. daily are hereby approved.
The Resolution of Approval states as one of the conditions, that opening and closing hours of the skatepark be coordinated with other events at the raceway. Please take this condition into consideration when scheduling events.
Because we have received noise complaints, I will also recommend that you install the smaller, localized speakers we have discussed, immediately (if you have not already done so).
