The intent of this letter is to review our conversation at the meeting of 3-28-80 in your office,about some changes to the improvments where the Skatepark is to make it safe to use the lower portion for a fishing pond for public use.
The main change is the water of course, which will fill the three bowls, a concrete wall of blocks with re-bar and
filled with cemet, and an addition of twelve feet to an ex- isting building of the same width.
The block wall will be around the deep end of the ponds forsafty reasons and is shownp-in the drawing as is the ex- tention to the existing building.
The intended purpose of this change is to create an at- tractior! that will make more of a family recreation facility here. Hopefully this will be an intertaining and practical way for the parents to pass the time while the younger mem- bers are busy at the other activities.
Application for private stocking permit, has been made to the State of Calif. Resources Agency, Dept. of Fish and Game. All fishing under this permit must be done in accord- ance with State angling regulations, including licenses, seasons, and bag limits. The permit is renewable each year subject to past performance this insures that all regula- tions have been complyed with.
