Dear Mr. Vetter: ,

As discussed with you via telephone recently,
the City Council is concerned! about the failure of
Plr. Chappee to comply with the terms of his Conditional
Use Pernit. As Mr. Chappee’s attorney, you are aware of
the requirements of Conditional Use Permit #64 issued to him. Mr. Chappee’s continuing use of his property in the
Ponto area as an auto wrecking yard without compliance with his C.U.P. constitutes an ongoing violation of the City’s zoning statutes.
We believe it is essential that Mr. Chappee
promptly adhere to the terms of his C.U.P. Should he fail
to do so, our only alternative in this matter is to consider revocation of the C.U.P. and abatement of the operation.
Your cooperation in this matter would be very
much appreciated. We woilld appreciate being advised as
to the intentions of your client.
Very truly ours,
