Date: 3atq7/ 11 PAUL BUSSEY, CITY MANAGER CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL 1) Approval is granted for July 4, 1978 only, .from the hours of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. 2) Prior to commencement of the use, all aspects of the project F shall be approved by the Police and Fire Department to insure public safety. Any requirements of those departments shall be complied with prior to commencement of the use. It shall be the responsibility of the operator of the use to secure the approvals required herein. 3) No signs or advertising of any type whatsoever shall be erected or installed until plans for such have been approved by the City of Carlsbad. 4) A Certificate of Liability Insurance in an amount of _pot less that $1,000,000 personal injury and $500 1,000 property 'damage shall be approved by the City Manager prior to commencement of the use. - 5) The dismantling of all equipment and restoration of the site shall be accomplished by noon, July 5, 1978. 6) Prior to commencement of the use, the applicant shall obtain a Special Events Business License from the City Clerk..
