This CUP will expire at midnight on August 3, 1978. 2) Adequate off-street parking shall be provided. 3) Traffic control shall be provided to the satisfaction of the Police Department. 4) Applicant to obtain a permit to conduct a public fireworks display from the Carlsbad Fire Department prior to August 3, 1978. Safety and precautionary measures shall be provided for said fireworks display by the applicant to the satisfaction of the Fire Marshall. 5) Portable bleachers will not be used. 6) Proof of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00, naming the City as an additional insured, shall be presented and approved by the City no later than three days prior to the subject event. 7) A minimum of 16 portable sanitary stations shall be provided by the applicant. This is intended to accommodate a crowd of 3,000 people.- If there is reasonable cause to expect more than 3,000 attendees then the applicant should provide, additional facilities at a ratio of one sanitary station per 200 people. 8) The applicant shall obtain any electrical permits and/or inspections required by the Carlsbad Building and Housing Code prior to installation of any temporary or permanent electrical facilities. 9) The applicant shall reimburse the City for actual cost of City services, such as police and fire services, upon written notice from the City Manager.
