Mr. Mike Ryan
Vice President
DAON Corporation
4041 MacArthur Blvd.
Newport Beach, Ca. 92660
Dear Mike:
This is a formal request from Rancho La Costa, Inc.. that the
DAON Corporation approve the use of what we would describe as
the western, multiple lot of the "Alicante Hills" tentative map,
for a symphony performance on Sunday, July 26, 1981..
La Costa committed itself to the proposed use prior to the
recent transaction between the companies.
The attached clipping describes the proposed event.
If you approve, La Costa will re-grass the area, provide ticket
booths and temporary fencing as we have in the past.
All other arrangements are made by the Symphony Association and
the Children's Hospital Auxiliary. This would include the ob-
taining of a Conditional Use Permit and insurance..
I will be the coordinator of this project for Rancho La Costa, Inc.
and, along with the ladies of the Auxiliary, will do everything
possible to see that your company is given appropriate credit.
Sincerely,
RANCHO LA COSTA, INC.
