RE: Pilgrim Childrens Center Use Permit

Because of the complaint of noise from ONE neighbor, I am writing you to express an opinion.
For nine years we lived adjacent to Pilgrim Church with the same utility eas%ent as the person complaining. Our solution to chatter was to plan succulents which grow quickly, take little water, and absorb noise.
The expense of building a concrete block wall may be a hardship to the Center and reduce current scholarships to low income families.
The childrens Center warin operation when we bought 2030 Chestnut; it wa there when this neighbor bought on Charlene Circle. His daughter attended the Childrens Center. Why complain now?
Please weigh the merit of this inexpensive alternative.
Trees, etc have already been planted to block the view. There is a chain link fence which jade plants would grow into. Please
see the example of this existing already toward Chestnut, along the easment between the church and adjacent properties.
