Subject: Request for Substantial Conformity Determination - Pilgrim Church {C-85 [C])
Dear Ms. Hysong:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation today, I am requesting a substantial conformity
determination for a minor modification to the proposed expansion of the Pilgrim Church
multi-use meeting room. The modification entails a 189 SF expansion of the existing
kitchen. In addition, we propose to construct a handicapped accessible restroom within
the existing building footprint.
The proposed modification equals approximately 17% of the building area of the
approved CUP modification. It abuts the church patio and would not be visible from
either of the street frontages of the church complex. This modification is needed so that
the existing church kitchen can be modernized to serve the needs of the congregation.
We look forward to your approval of this modification. Two copies of the site plan are
