Mobilehome Park,
Phase I1
Dear Ms. Hield:
This letter follows our discussion in your office on March 8, 1974, with Mr. Mike Zander present. As you will recall,
Mr. Zander had reviewed the Grading Plan on 9-26-73 that Jack Nikkinen had been checking and made observations regarding differences between the Tentative Map of the Park and the Grading Plan.
Our client, Sequoia Pacific, has informed us that they will
prepare the Park Landscaping Plan and submit prints to your
office for approval prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
This office will make the following changes to the Grading Plan:
.
1. Indicate an open area for landscaping on Lots 221, 222,
c_ 7 328, 364 and 365.
(L6t 290 was rotated 90 degrees for engineering reasons,
i.e., to make a better grade on the sewer).
-- II__
2. The space between 277/298 and between 278/297 will be
opened.
3. Space 276, previously a clothing care center, will have a 6' walkway established on its north side.
4, An open space 8' wide will be opened between Lots 281/282 to provide for access from San Luis to Lake No. 5 by
taking one foot of each Lot from No. 279 to No. 286. (Change to be made to Plot Plan only).

Lakeshore Gardens Mobilehome Park,

5: Space Lp3 in Phase I, now occupied by a mobilehome coach, will have a six foot wide walkway provided along its northeast side by constructing retaining walls adjacent to the present terrace between Lots 193/194. Details for this wall, Xerox copy enclosed, were provided by this office on a drawing dated 7-11-73, at the request of Sequoia Pacific. Although we have no record of Mr. Buck Houser's meeting with the City, we believe the arrangements were worked out at about that date. of the use of Lot 193 for a rental space appears to have been given subject to the construction of a wall and walkway.
Approval
We submit that the open space previously shown between
Lots 294/295 is equivalent to that now shown between Lots
292/293.
With the above changes made, we believe the Park to conform substantially to the approved tentative map and Conditional
Use Permit.
May we have the Planning Department's concurrence with
this plan?
Very truly yours,
D. C. HULBERT
