This notice is to inform you that CUP 93-01(A)x1-PRIME AUTO CENTER located at 6021 Paseo del Norte
and originally conditioned to expire on November 4, 2013 is hereby extended without an expiration
date by the City Planner pursuant to Section 21.42.110(D) of the Carlsbad Municipal Code. While your
Conditional Use Permit (CUP) no longer has an expiration date, the CUP will continue to be reviewed by
the Planning Division on an annual basis to ensure continued compliance with the terms and conditions
of the permit. If at any time the division determines that the use may be out of compliance with the
terms and conditions of the CUP, it retains the right to review this action and recommend that the
approval be reconsidered.
