THIS APPLICATION SHALL BE FORMALLY FILED ON THE' FIRST MONDAY OF THE MONTH.
THE HEARING AT THE PLANNING COMMISSION LEVEL WILL BE tiELD NOT SOONER THAN
THE SECOND TUESDAY OF THE FOLLOWINS MONTH.
1. PLOT PLAN. 28 copies plus 1 sepia of a complete plot plan
showing the subject property, all existing and proposed structures and/or
buildings and all dimensions.
2. 300 FOOT RADIUS MAP. A map to scale not less than 1"=200' showing
each lot within 300 feet of the exterior boundaries of the subject
property, the use of each lot within 300 feet of the exterior

3. PROPERTY OWNERS' LIST. A typewritten list showing the number

office of the Assessor of San Diego County, 855 Williamston Street,
Vista, California.
4. FILING FEES. A filing fee of $50.00. This fee is not refundable but
is used to cover the cost of legal notice publication, investigation
and processing this request through its various stages.
WHEN THIS APPLICATION IS COMPLETED IN EVERY RESPECT, IT MAY BE FILED WITH
THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT LOCATED IN THE CITY HALL AT 1200 ELM AVENUE, CARLSBAD,
CALI FORNIA.
