Dear Mr. Hall:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation of September 23, 1991, attached is a copy of the
City of Carlsbad Trail Network Map and a copy of the aerial photograph of the School
District property with the approximate proposed trail alignment added. Please review this
proposal and provide us with your comments.
Though this segment was not part of the City of Carlsbad’s original trails feasibility study,
we do believe that the trail could be beneficial and would provide for better trail continuity
with the City of Encinitas. The absence of this trail however, would not diminish the
viability of the carlsbad trail network system.
