DI 94-01 - KAFFKA RESIDENCE - Request for an appeal of the Planning
Director’s decision to deny a proposal to construct a 4,170 square foot single
family residence on Lot No. 264 in Aviara Planning Area 13 in Local Facilities
Management Zone 19.
RECOMMENDATION
That the Planning Commission CONTINUE the matter to the meeting of February 1,1995.
11. DISCUSSION
Due to last minute changes to the staff report, staff is requesting that the item be continued
to the meeting of February 1, 1995 to allow the applicant an opportunity to review the
recommendations.
