The alignment of the roadway sewer line passes tnrough agriculture fields and two native plant communities(se~ RECON report). 2. Please describe energy conservation measures incorporated into the deSign and/or operation of the project. . The nature of the project does not require any specific energy conservation measure. 3. EXP~TION: The proposed project will provide sewer and future access to Macario'Park in accordance with existing City policies. Could the activity affect the use of a recreational area, or area of aesthetic value? EXPlANATION: The project site currently has no public access or use. Could the activity affect the functioning of an established community or neighborhood? . EXPlANATION: The land in the iminediate vicinity is vacant, thus no effect will occur in the area. Could the activity result in the displacement of community~esidents?
