1. Please describe the project site,. includi~g distinguishing natural and
manmade characteristics. Also provlde preClse slope analysis when a slope

The project site is the Macario Park. The alignment of the roadway
sewer line passes tnrough agriculture fields and two native plant
communities(se~ RECON report).

and/or operation of the project. .
The nature of the project does not require any specific energy
conservation measure.

sewer and future access to Macario'Park in
accordance with existing City policies.

EXPlANATION: The project site currently has no
public access or use.

EXPlANATION: The land in the iminediate vicinity
is vacant, thus no effect will occur in the
area.

EXP~TION: Property is vacant, therefore
