RE: Waiver of 30-Day Time Limit for the Consideration of the Appeal
of the Planning Conmission's Approval of the CarlsSad Fartners
(Green Valley) Tentative Subdivision Map; Case No. CT 92-08.
Dear Mr, Westman:
The City of Encinitas has no objection to the waiver of the 30-Day time limit for consideration of the above referenced Appeal by the
Carlsbad City Council. It is assumed that the property owner for
the Green Valley Tentative Subdivision Map also has no objection to the time limit waiver.
It is hoped that allowing for the additional time may result in a favorable resolution of the current issues between the Green Valley
Tentative Map and the alignment of Leucadia Boulevard into the
Green Valley Planning Area in the City of Carlsbad,
Should you have any questions regarding this waiver of the 30-Day time limit, please contact Assistant Planner Craig Olson by telephoning (619) 633-2713.

Thank you,
