This letter is to respond to the letter wc received regarding the above-mentioned
project. We have sed conce~s with this project that we &l need to be addressed
befire it should begin First, how close to the lot ks will the tennis court be built and
what arc the required standatd setbepcks? Is a Vaxiance of setbacks part of this project?
How high wiU the fenoe be that will keep tennis balls fiombeing Ki downhill ova into
our property? Will drainage and soil erosion control be adequate to inmve that ow home
and yard, which is below, will not become flooded or damaged by mudslides ia heavy
rains? Smud, what will the lightihg bc? How high will tbe lightsbe and how Mewill
they be able to keep them on? This may afikct the diy of both our and our neighbor's bedrooms on the second stories.
Third, what kind of ladxqhg will berequhdrhEit woukicamuflagethe
project &mom how? We want to make sure that this would not be an eye sore hm
both our pspedve and that of the neighborhood.
Finally, will the tennis court be used only fix thc homm's personal use? In
other words, wc want to make sure that tennis lessons would not be able to be giwn tbcm
as a business. We have a very quiet cnvimmenl arod our house. We would like to
keep a this way.
