FIRE - upon our reviewof this proposed site, FIRE shall require the following improvements to this
proposal.
1. the areas not built upon shall follow the requirement of Fire Suppression Zone landscaping as outlined
in the City of Carlsbad Landscape Manual.
2. all structural features and aspects that face or abutt these unimproved areas, shall be required to
incorporate 1 -Hour Fire-Resistive construction into the design.
