COMPLETENESS & ISSUES REVIEW
Engineering Department staff has completed a review of the above-referenced project for
application completeness. The application and plans submitted for this proposed project are
currently incomplete and unsuitable for further review due to the following incomplete
items:
1. Preliminary title report dated within the last 6 months.
2. A current soils report dated within the last 6 months or an updated letter from the soils
engineer indicating that all of the information in the report is current and applicable to
the proposed development.
Although the application is incomplete, I will soon send you a separate memo with issues to
forward to the applicant. If you or the applicant has any questions, please either see or contact
me at extension 2781.
