Subject: Preliminary Site Plan for the Price Club - MWD Project No. 87-201
Thank you for your submittal of the Site Plan for the District's preliminary
review. We do have sane concerns that we want to make you aware of as follows:
1. The District has an existing 12" steel water line in an easennt along
your easterly property. This water line will have to be relocated and
vehicular access to the existing water system be provided.
2. The entire potable and non-potable water systems for subject project be
evaluated in detail to insure that adequate capacity and pressure for
donestic, landscaping and fire flow demands are net.
3. The Developer's Engineer should schedule a meeting with the District
Engineer and the City Fire Marshal and review the preliminary water
system layout prior to preparation of the water system improvement
plans.
4. The Developer will be responsible for all fees and deposits plus the
major facility charge which will be collected at time of issuance of
building permit.
