Project Title: Sambi Seaside Heights Project Location: City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego; APN 214-140-07 Project Description: Revision of an approved tentative map, planned development permit, site development plan, and hillside development permit, to change the site plan layout and design of two multi-family planning areas (Area "A" and "D"), and two single-family planning areas (Area "B" and "C"). The proposed project would include the following features: (1) 42 airspace multi-family townhouse units designated as affordable to lower income households; (2) 98 market rate multi-family townhouse units; (3) 139 single-family lots with a minimum lot size of 7,500 sq. ft. and 10,000 sq. ft. and; (4) an 1.8 acre community facility site located along Hidden Valley Road. The entire project site is located within Specific Plan 203.
