Project Title: Sambi Seaside Heights Project Location: City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego; APN 214-140-07 Project Description: Revision of an approved tentative map, planned development permit, site development plan, and hillside development permit, to change the site plan layout and design of two multi-family planning areas (Area "A" and "D"), and two single-family planning areas (Area "B" and "C"). The proposed project would include the following features: (1) 42 airspace multi-family townhouse units designated as affordable to lower income households; (2) 98 market rate multi-family townhouse units; (3) 139 single-family lots with a minimum lot size of 7,500 sq. ft. and 10,000 sq. ft. and; (4) an 1.8 acre community facility site located along Hidden Valley Road. The entire project site is located within Specific Plan 203. Justification for this determination is on file in the Planning Department, Community Development, 2075 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, California 92009. Comments from the public are invited. Please submit comments in writing to the Planning Department within ten (10) days of date of publication.
