Description/ Explanation. The Site is approximately 24 acres located on the West side of El Camino Real, South of Camino Vida Roble and North of Alga Road, approximately 2 miles East of Interstate S. The product proposed consists of a 312 unit apartment project designed to alleviate the need for affordable rental housing in the City of Carlsbad. The buildings proposed are two and three story walk-up, garden apartments. Amenities include main recreation/ leasing facility to include exercise room, leasing office, small gathering room, small kitchen, maintenance/workshop facility. Other amenitites include pool/spa, tot lot and walking trails.
