Marriott -, Inc. intends to build an 84,000 SF+ structure for use in housing the elderly. The project will consist of two one story buildings housing The Skilled Nursing Facility and The Alzheimer’s/Dimentia Facility; joined in the middle by a three story structure housing the assisted living facility. The total project will have approximately 140 units with 160 beds and will offer full service care for the residents.
