SUBJECT: HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT HDP 97-05
Dear Tom:
Condition No. 7 of the subject permit requires that you submit to the City for recordation
a Notice of Restriction for the purpose of notifying all interested parties and successors
in interest that the City has issued a Hillside Development Permit for your property at
4529 Adams Street. Please find enclosed a Notice of Restriction which you must
complete by signing before a Notary and returning the original document to the City.
Please return the completed document at your earliest convenience to satisfy this
condition and enable continued processing of your grading permit.
