Dear Ms. Hysong,
I have reviewed the proposed development plan at 4529 Adams Street, above Agua Hedionda
Lagoon. As you recall, we prepared a biological survey of the site on May 8, 1996. The proposed
plans do not impact any of the sensitive Coastal Sage Scrub vegetation on the site.
It is my opinion that demolition of the current residence and construction of the new house with
its associated features will not impact the sensitive vegetation on the site.
