PROJECT DESCRIPTION/MPLANATION

DescriptionExplanation.
We propose to build a 5492 square foot single-family home where an existing home burnt
down approximately 2 years ago. We feel that rebuilding this home would give the
neighborhood back a look of completion and will be aesthetically pleasing. The current
condition of the lot is a home in ruin. We plan to use the existing foundation of the former
home. The home will have a Mediterranean style look with a tile roof, which blends with the
current homes in the area. We will build this home on the land described below.
THE LAND REFERED TO HEREIN IS SITUATED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
COUNTY OF San Diego, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
