certified LCP.
This LCP amendment addresses policies related to protection of wetlands and
environmentally sensitive habitat areas. All policies relevant to that topic have been
addressed. Other policies dealing with other issues remain unchanged and are not affected by this LCP amendment.

This LCP amendment is intended to provide enhanced protection for wetlands and
environmentally sensitive habitat areas. It will have not potentially significant adverse
cumulative impacts on coastal resources.
