COASTAL ZONE - TOTAL E 540.04 (approx) SUMMARY - Within the past eight years, there have been several General Plan Amendments and Local Coastal Plan Amendments which have increased the RC and TS designations. The Aviara Project provides an additional 16 acres of RC area to the previous 22 acres of RC designated area. Additionally, the project supports a 171.5 acre golf course. The Batiquitos Lagoon Educational Park provides 35.4 acres of RC area which was previously designated for residential. Other areas which have been amended to increase TS designations total approximately 30 acres. This survey completed by Hohan Planning Associates - February 23, 1990
