HomeMy WebLinkAboutLCPA 90-04; Laguna Point; Local Coastal Program Amendment (LCPA) (13)NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive (formerly Elm Avenue), Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO p.m. on Wednesday, May 29, 1991, to consider approval of a General Plan Amendment and Agua Hedionda Local Coastal Plan Amendment to change land use designations from Recreational Commercial (RC) to Residential Low Medium density (RLM), and a change in the zoning designation from Residential Tourist (R-T) to One-Family Residential (R-1-15} on property generally located at the south side of Adams Street between Hoover Street and Highland Drive, on the north shore of the Agua Hedionda Lagoon in Local Facilities Management Zone 1 and more particularly described as: Lot 7 of Block "D" of Bella Vista, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 2152, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, March 7, 1989 Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on and after May 23, 1991. If you have any questions, please call Mike Grim in the Planning Department at 438-1161, ext. 4499. If you challenge the General Plan Amendment and Agua Hedionda Local Coastal Plan Amendment or Zone Change in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
