SUBJECT: Evans Point - Resubmittal of Applications
Dear Don:
Per your letter dated January 31, 1991 the applications for the Evans Point project have been
withdrawn. The applications are being resubmitted with the information specified in your letter.
Enclosed please find the following four items: 1) a copy of the letter dated February 8, 1991
which requested formal withdraw of the applications; 2) a completed "Land Use Review
Application" form; 3) a signed "Statement of Agreement-Tentative Subdivision Map" and 4) a
check from the applicant for the new application fees as requested.
We understand that the withdraw and subsequent resubmittal of the applications will not delay
the processing of the project and that the time frame for the EIR will not be affected.
