SUBJECT: CORRECTION TO LCPA 1-966
Dear Ms. Lirely:
Attached is a memorandum from the Planning Director to the Carlsbad City Clerk
recommending that the wording in Section 21.85.1200 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code be
corrected to incorporate the word “inclusionary”, consistent with the suggested. modifications of
the California Coastal Commission. This correction will be implemented by the City Clerk’s
Office and will be forwarded to you when available. It is my hope, that in the interim, this
memorandum will be adequate for purposes of scheduling this item for a Coastal Commission
hearing.
