Re: Carlsbad Boulevard Realignment
Dear Mr. Munoz:
In reviewing the materials presented at the public hearing on Wednesday, July 28, 1999, I note that there is only a reference to
relocating the southbound lanes of Carlsbad Boulevard eastward.
There is no mention that the northbound lanes will also be
relocated eastward. My question: Are the northbound lanes of Carlsbad Boulevard going to be relocated eastward?
When referring to the various surplus areas, I note that all the materials refer to "west of northbound lanes of Carlsbad
Bou1evard.I' My question is: Does this mean the existing west of northbound lanes of Carlsbad Boulevard, or does this mean the
relocated west of northbound lanes of Carlsbad Boulevard?
