PUBLIC NOTICE
TO INTERESTED PARTIES
Please be advised that the City of Carlsbad is considering a map amendment to the Mello
I1 segment of the Carlsbad Local Coastal Program (LCP) as summarized below. The
proposed amendment was submitted by a project applicant and is presently under review.
This notice hereby opens a six-week review period after which the City Council will consider all comments and act on the proposed amendment. The City Council LCP
amendment hearing is expected to take place in June and will be duly noticed.

An amendment to the Mello I1 segment of the Carlsbad Local Coastal Program Land Use
Map for a 2.35 acre portion of an 8.02 acre parcel of land located east of the intersection of Anacapa Drive and Carlsbad Boulevard. The amendment is to change the Land Use
designation from Office to Travel Services Commercial.
