LCPA 94-02 - AFFORDABLE HOUSING LOCAL COASTAL PROGRAM
AMENDMENT - An amendment to the Local Coastal Program (LCP) to
adopt the previously approved affordable housing zone code amendments (i.e.
Senior Citizen Housing (ZCA 93-05), and Second Dwelling Units (ZCA 92-
04) as the implementing zoning for the LCP.
RECOMMENDATION
That the Planning Commission ADOPT Planning Commission Resolution No. 3724,
recommending APPROVAL of LCPA 94-02, based on the findings and subject to the
conditions contained therein.
11. ITEM EXPLANATION
The Commission heard the staff presentation on this item at its meeting of December 7,
1994 and continued it to the meeting of December 21,1994, due to the lateness of the hour.
