SUBJECT: ZCA 96-10&CF. 96-10 - INCIDENTAL OUTDOOR DI"G AREAS - A
Zone Code Amendment and a Local Coastal Program Amendment to modify
Chapters 21.04, 21.26, 21.27, 21.28, 21.29, and 21.34 of the Municipal Code to
allow Incidental Outdoor Dining Areas associated with restaurants on private
property citywide outside of the Redevelopment Area.
I. RECOMMENDATION
That the Planning Commission continue this item to the meeting of May 7, 1997 to allow
additional review time.
