SUBJECT: Recreational Vehicle Site on Kelly Ranch Core (CT 97-16) Dear Christer, This left& is' to briefly discuss the' Recreational Vehicle Site' on, Kelly Ranch Core The RV site was designed based q the.City of Carlsbad's cxiteria of 20 square feet per Unit. The total required square footage for the ,RV site is 17,920 square fe.et. This 'area is based on.computing the total number of dwelling units for Villages A, D, E, G, H, I, Drawing 377-3A for the particuIars. ' Since Villages K and L are not being developed *at, this time, we are providing the RV storage square footage required based on the maximum' allowable dwelling units for each- village. Currently, Village K is allowed 7 units (140 square feet) and Village L is allowed 26 units (520 square feet). The above square footages comply with your current standards. We would like to receive a letter of pnfinnation from your office stating that Villages K and L have been provided with storage on the RV site, and that they wi1.l not have to provide.addifiona1 RV storage ,atthe time of their development.
