Descriptio n/Ex pl a nation :
The proposed project involves the following:
a General Plan Amendment - to allow RMH, RM, RLM and N
land uses, and to modify the boundaries of the OS designation to be
more closely in conformance with the actual limits of steeply sloping
and vegetation areas.

The Agua Hedionda LCP Map Exhibit C is hereby amended to reflect the amended
Coastal Program Land Use Map as shown on Exhibit LCPA 97-09.
Land Use Policy 1.2 is hereby deleted.
Policy 3-5(a)(6) is revised to read as follows:
Residential densities in the 433 acre Kelly Ranch shall be permitted and based on
the underlying General Plan Land Use designation.
Policy 3-5(a)(7) is revised as follows:
Approximately 2.8 acres located adjacent to Cannon Road, and as described in
CDP 98-47 are designated for an interpretive center for Agua Hedionda under
Open Space (OS) zoning and for child care facilities under Residential
Professional (RP) zoning or both under a hture Community Facilities (CF) zone
if one is created.
