SUBJECT: CARLSBAD LOCAL COASTAL PROGRAM AMENDMENT - 3-98
Please find enclosed the third City of Carlsbad LCPA package for the 1999 calendar year. The
LCPA batch involves the projects as shown below.
All local approvals for the preceding actions have been completed. The proposed LCPAs are
necessary to maintain consistency between the Carlsbad General Plan, the Zoning Ordinance
and the Local Coastal Program. No impacts to coastal resources or policies will occur as a
result of this amendment. No LCP land use changes are involved with these projects.
I Please consider this application as the third LCP Amendment for the City of Carlsbad for the
1999 calendar year. If you have any questions, or desire additional information, please feel free
to contact the planners noted; or I can be reached at extension 4441 for any overall batching
questions or issues. Thank you for your consideration.
