It consists of amendments to the certified L€P implementation program. However, the submittal is incomplete, and several items must be submitted before the amendment can be filed and scheduled for Commission action. Two more copies of the LCP submittal. The submittal involves an amendment to the implementation plan of the certified LCP; the amendment is a “Major” amendment. When all required information is received, reviewed by staff and found to be adequate to analyze the amendment, the Coastal Commission has 60 days to review an implementation plan amendment.
