APPROVED PLANS (COORDINATE WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS).
3. REVIEW CODE COMPLAINT HISTORY (CODE ENFORCEMENT, POLICE,
FIRE, ETC.).
4. CONTACT APPLICANT (OR OWNER) AND SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
FOR THE REVIEW.
5. COMPLETE REVIEW INFORMATION SECTION DURING REVIEW.
6. HAVE PRINCIPAL PLANNER REVIEW AND SIGN.
7. PLACE COMPLETED REVIEW SHEET IN ADMIN IN-BOX FOR PROJECT FILE

Permit expired 11/5/11. Applicant's rep (Tim Henion) is in early stages of process
to obtain renewal of license agreement with city to use the Safety Center. A new MCUP
will be submitted once Sprint and city come to terms on renewed agreement and
agreement has been signed by applicant.
Applicant initially contacted city about renewing MCUP and license agreement
in February 2010. Conversations about renewing the permit and agreement ensued.
Also, city mailed two notices of pending permit expiration letters in July and November
2011. Applicant's rep states his group has had discussion with city staff over the past
year and the delay in moving forward on the renewal of the license agreement and thus
the MCUP stemmed from Sprint internal project funding issues; these issues apparently
have now been resolved.
Applicant is aware that redesign to further stealth antennas may be required; the
rep has already submitted design proposals.
