SUBJECT: CD 09-05 - SD06378A T-MOBILE GLASGOW
The Planning Director has completed a review of your application for CD 09-05 - SD06378A T-
Mobile Glasgow, (APN: 167-101-35-00) which is a modification to MCUP 07-04 -T-Mobile
USA, Inc. The proposed modification includes:
• The increase in length of (6) existing wireless communication antennas from 56"
to 59" and a decrease in width from 8" to 6.6" located on a light pole at 2997
Glasgow Dr.
After careful consideration of the circumstances surrounding this request, the Planning Director
has determined that the application qualifies for a consistency determination with the approved
permit and therefore, approves the changes to the project based on Planning Department
Administrative Policy No. 35.
This project must coordinate with the City of Carlsbad Parks and Recreation department, Lori
Swenck, Recreation Area Manager at (760) 434-4649 or Lori.Swenck@carlsbadca.gov, when
installation of the new antennas are set to commence as to not interfere with any scheduled
activities at Calavera Park.
Please submit two (2) blueline copies (24" X 36") of all applicable exhibits for the project file and
a reproducible 24" X 36" mylar copy of the amended site plan. The mylar must be submitted,
stamped "Consistency Determination", and signed by the Planning Director prior to issuance of
any building permits for the project.
