T-Mobile is seeking this renewal for the continued operation of the existing wireless telecommunications facility, located at 7100 Aviara Resort Drive, Carlsbad, CA (formerly referred to as 7100 Four Seasons Point). The facility was approved via MCUP 08-19 SD06366 Four Seasons and subsequently reviewed and approved via CB131760.
